Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply any order you place with us.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

Normal shipping

Standard 5 – 7 business days shipping for Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and for other countries 7- 15 business days. If the country is not listed in our shipping list, the cost will be calculated and informed by email, please contact us. 

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over 150 EUR for EU countries.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping, please contact us by email to receive more detailed information about the cost and delivery time. Free Standard 5-7 day shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Return policy

We appreciate for your purchase, and hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return conditions

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How to return

To return an item, please email customer service at contact to obtain a the return post lable. After receiving the lable, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the mentioned address in your email.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
